At Fateema Journals, we are committed to delivering high-quality, thoughtfully designed digital planners. Please read this policy carefully before making your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital planner is purchased and delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Platform Notice – Gumroad as Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, our secure third-party sales platform. Gumroad serves as the merchant of record, meaning:

Exceptions and Support

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Incompatibility with devices or software
  • Download or access issues due to user error

However, if you experience a technical issue accessing your files, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to help you resolve the issue. Note: Technical assistance does not imply eligibility for a refund.
